Question- When can I allow traffic on the freshly sealed parking lot?

Answer- Foot traffic: approximately 6 to 8 hours after sealer is applied (under ideal weather conditions). Vehicle traffic: from 18 to 36 hours after sealer is applied. For commercial and industrial jobs, need more time so as to accommodate heavily traveled areas of parking lots, and also due to fresh line striping for parking lots.
