Question- Should the property owner be present on the scheduled day of service?

Answer- No, just be sure the lot is clear of all vehicles and equipment. Be sure to take into account the dumpster schedule, store deliveries, employee and customer parking. The lot cannot be disturbed for at least 12 to 36 hours, however, the project can be divided into allotted sections and time frames, in order to accommodate business traffic. For example, half the lot can be sealed while the other half is open for business, and vice versa.
